I build this Identity Sanctuary because its what I wish I had going through my phoenix journey and butterfly metamorphosis. A place to unlearn, cocoon, become, and be. A safe place to transition from the old into the new. A support system to lean into when my knees felt weak from all the change I’d invited into my life. A place to dematerialize, detox, and reincarnate. You can read the details of my story on my Lola VonRoda page but its felt like a calling more than a project or “rebrand”. Like something I had to do. Something bigger than me. Something meant for the world to experience and enjoy. I humbly, mindfully, and intentionally built it and feel so honored to be your host. As if inviting you into my home, I welcome you!

Honestly, it’s the title a client recently gave me. She said “I think of you as a life and brand strategist. When I’m in the branding studio, you're my brand strategist. When I’m here in the identity sanctuary, you’re my life strategist.”

My coach would call me a “consulting coach.” Consulting, because identity transformation is a subject I know like the back of my hand and can offer recommendations, suggestions and my experience as insight for your unknowns. Coach, because I’ll ask you questions that make you think and give you an opportunity to find YOUR answers, not societal, programmed, or “should” answers.

Honestly, I could care less what my “title” is… just call me Lola!

A persona or your “iconic persona” is how I refer to that version of you that’s already accomplished what you’re dream of and/or the version of you you’re looking to become. That version of you that knows exactly what to do, how to do it, and is like tapping into an alter ego or spirit guide representing your ultimate potential, truest-self, and core identity.

As easily as we might know what Michelle Obama might do or Rhianna might do or Adelle might do, we can find a sense of self that has the same intoxicating clarity and certainty.

Through our work together our golden question will be: What would your persona do?

This way we can release the pressure of having to knowing all the answers and playfully sit back, tap into your persona, and know EXACTLY what needs to be done!

Look, I will be the first to say I don’t know it all! I have my own coach and support system that’s helped me get to where I am today. I’ve invested THOUSANDS into coaches, programs, therapy, books… you name it. I’ve also learned an epic ton from my first hand life and business experiences. I wouldn’t dare step into this role if I didn’t feel in total understanding of the responsibility, humility, and importance.

The one thing I will say is: I see you, I get you, I’ve got you!

My perspective is grounded in identity and integrity. I have a unique ability to see people’s ultimate potential and help them through the unknowns so they can step into that “next level” being they know is inside of them.

Sometimes its:

• Unlearning limiting beliefs and detoxing from the false programming cluttering our minds.

• Holding space and witnessing the internal transformation I call “cocooning.”

• Helping others say “I choose me” and do something about it!

• Offering my support, encouragement, and celebration as you reincarnate and become a new version of you that is more authentic, aligned, and true to you.

• Being a chosen support system and YOU DO YOU BOO!

People (strangers, friends, family, colleagues, clients…) have confided in me saying things like “I don’t know why but I have to tell you this!” or “Hey! Do you have time, I’d like to run something by you.” Happily, I would share my thoughts, ideas, experience(s)... and people would put it into action and get amazing results.

In all my resistance from my own trauma, I never wanted to be a “coach” as everyone and their goat was a “coach.” But in reclaiming the word, doing so with integrity, and the freakin’ results people have when they do what I say… Welp… Here I am!

If I can offer even a pinch of the support others have given me throughout my life it would be life-altering. I’m here to share, not sugar-coat, and pass on and be the support I’ve been blessed enough to receive.

You’ve had an unsettling awakening, circumstance, or identity shift… and you know like you KNOW you are meant for more!

You have no idea how but you can NOT continue the way you have been. You’re about to be like Liz in the movie Eat, Pray, Love and get down on your knees in the bathroom to pray to god for the first time. Starting with “Hello God, It’s nice to meet you!” Seriously, you will try anything!

You’ve had a clear vision or dream of what’s possible and have absolutely no idea how to get there.

You’re secretly wondering if the Matrix will just unravel around you or you might just poof into thin air! …At least that’s what I’ve thought in the past!

However ~ Whatever… Good or bad. In your control or not. The snowglobe has been shaken. Change is in the air and you’re ready to do something about it. Even if that means spinning a cocoon to get quiet, burning it all down for a phoenix rising or incubating and amplifying through a butterfly metamorphosis.

I see you! ~ I get you! ~ I got you!

I am not here to be everything for everyone. I am here for the few who choose it and choose me to stand by your side, behind you, and if ever needed as a shield of protection in front of you.

Even being here, reading this A to your Q, means you are in the right space. You are making moves. You are choosing change. You are are serious about living life by design rather than default.

I know its scary. I know its hard. I know you are nervous even admitting to being in or ready to cocoon. So why the hell would you let someone into it with you!? Because it’s a beautiful moment to hold space, witness, listen, and support someone as brave as you!
